Xtreme Zip-line consists of 8 Zip-lines and 16 platforms. A detailed safety briefing and demonstration is conducted by certified tour & zip-line guides before the tour starts. Maintained nature trails link the platforms with not more than 5 minutes of hiking and a 5-10 minute water break. These trails take you into the forest and literally connect you to platforms that zip-line from mountain to mountain, with astonishing views of the deep valleys and gorges lined with streams and hidden pools below. Zip past waterfalls, over the rainforest canopy, and release the built-up adrenaline with each line completed. *Tour is offered on-site and starts with registration and pick up at the main office and drop-off at the main platform. *Please review the Tour Requirements page before you book this tour. Required Dress Code: Long or short pants, shirts preferable, good walking shoes (sneakers are great!) Mosquito Repellent is advised; sun hat and sunscreen when required. Price per person as a single activity. Premium tours are available outside the scheduled timeline once the minimum requirement is met. Minimum Weight to zip on your own: 80lbs. **Please bear in mind that guides will carry the last word with regard to physical abilities that may deem a person unfit for this tour. This also includes the ability for children to accept instructions or directions. Angel Falls Guide team will maintain safety standards at all times. All tours must be confirmed with payment prior to arrival once booked more than 24 hours in advance. Please arrive on time to fill out your documents. If you arrive late and the tour has already started, you will have to wait for the next available tour time or forfeit your booking with no refund. Difficulty Rating: 3/5 Minimum 2 Guests *Participants must weight less than 270 pounds, as body weight affects the speed on the zip lines. Excessive speeds can result in accidents or injuries. Children must be able to move on their own & must fit in the harness, helmet, and gloves in a safe manner as determined by the Rappel Supervisor and Safety Officer. At Angel Falls Belize, all our tours require extensive preparation, staffing, and safety setup before your arrival. Because of this, we operate under a Strict No-Refund Policy for all bookings. Booking & Payment All tours must be confirmed with full payment prior to arrival. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment is charged at the time the invoice is created. Punctuality Please arrive on time to complete required documents. Late arrivals may be placed in the next available tour time. If no additional slot is available, the booking will be forfeited with no refund. Cancellation & Refund Policy Please read carefully. Due to the nature of our adventure tours, all payments are final. ❗ Guest Cancellations If a guest cancels at any time, no refund will be issued. This includes same-day cancellations, last-minute changes, and personal emergencies. ❗ No Shows Failure to arrive for your scheduled tour will result in full forfeiture of all payments. ❗ Processing & Bank Fees Credit card fees applied by your bank are not controlled by Angel Falls. These fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Weather, Safety, and Natural Conditions Because our tours take place in the jungle and mountain regions: Water levels and weather conditions can change rapidly. Angel Falls is not responsible for cancellations caused by rain, storms, hurricanes, flooding, or any acts of nature. If unsafe conditions arise, no refunds will be issued. When possible, we may recommend an alternative tour or rescheduling option based on availability and safety. Other Requirements All guests must complete and sign waiver forms at check-in. Some hiking is required for the Zipline Tour (approximately 20 minutes). Guests must inform staff of any medical conditions or medications. Management reserves the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unfit for strenuous activities. Why a No-Refund Policy? Angel Falls Belize is home to some of the only extreme adventure experiences in the country. Your booking reserves: Trained safety staff Equipment setup Tour preparation Time slots that cannot be resold on short notice Many guests book and do not show, leaving our team waiting and scheduled resources unused. This policy ensures fairness, safety, and operational consistency for all visitors.
